Our designer integrated modern architectural elements with traditional Coral Gables charm, resulting in a balanced aesthetic of luxury and familiarity. The design features Spanish-inspired bathroom tiles for warmth and cultural texture, complemented by high-end finishes, clean lines, and expanded windows and doors that introduce elegance and natural light. The main theme is a balanced aesthetic of contemporary comfort infused with historic character.

Kitchen
The kitchen underwent a full modernization focused on elevating both style and functionality. All three bathrooms and the powder room were completely renovated to combine luxury with the home's historic Spanish influence. The master bathroom has an expanded layout and features a double vanity which is perfect for a couple's everyday routine, providing ample space for simultaneous use.

Chapter executed a sweeping transformation across the entire home, beginning with the installation of new tile flooring to infuse every room with warmth and contemporary elegance. We maximized natural light and enhanced the surrounding garden views by adding enlarged windows and doors, thus creating a stronger connection to the outdoors. Furthermore, we delivered significant, unseen upgrades behind the walls, including new plumbing systems, a fully upgraded underground electrical setup, and brand-new HVAC ductwork.
